The colors of nostalgia.
My blog used to be a custom tumblr theme. Now I use:
- A Makefile, which is a very nice implementation of topological sort,
- Pelican, to generate pages in a nice way,
- Twitter Bootstrap, to avoid writing too much CSS,
- Font Awesome for pretty icons,
- and Amazon S3 to serve files.
The colors are a tribute to the Amiga Workbench. The Commodore Amiga was a formative experience for me. Like the Macintosh, it was as much art as technology. I cried when my father bought a PC.
